LUNARSHADOW AI
A Kalshi trading bot.
Your size. Your controls.
LunarShadow AI automates trading on your Kalshi account. Choose your settings in the app, enable the bot, and follow your trades without keeping a trading screen open.
Automated Kalshi trading, hosted for you
The bot runs on LunarShadow's infrastructure, so you do not need to install a script or keep your computer running. It places orders when its signals and trading controls allow. Running around the clock does not mean placing trades constantly: available markets, liquidity, and your settings affect whether an order can trade.
Kalshi holds the funds in your Kalshi account and settles its contracts. LunarShadow's dashboard lets you follow activity; the exchange's order, fill, and settlement records are the source of truth.
How to connect your Kalshi account
- Sign in to LunarShadow. Connect your Solana wallet and approve the signature. Signing proves you own the wallet; it moves no funds. Accept the Terms of Service once.
- Create a Kalshi API key. In your Kalshi profile, create a new API key. Kalshi shows the private key once and keeps no copy, so save the downloaded file before closing the page. You need an eligible, funded Kalshi account; connecting a bot does not create one. More on Kalshi API keys and automation.
- Add and test the key. On the Kalshi bot page, paste the Key ID and the full private key, including its BEGIN and END lines, then click Test.
- Fund the bot wallet with SOL. Platform fees are paid from this wallet. If it runs dry, unpaid fees build up and the bot stops opening new positions.
- Set your controls and switch on. The account-wide switch gates everything, strategies can be switched on and off separately, and you can set position size and an optional Max Daily Loss for the account.
The key lets the bot place and cancel orders on your Kalshi account. It is encrypted at rest and never shown back to you. Revoke on the Kalshi bot page switches our copy of the key off so the bot stops placing orders; you can also delete the key from your Kalshi profile at any time. See Kalshi's API key documentation, and never post your key in a support chat.
Position sizing and daily loss controls
Position sizing determines how much exposure a new trade can add. Daily loss controls can pause new trading when their threshold is reached. They do not guarantee that your total loss stays below a particular dollar amount: existing positions, market moves, and execution conditions still matter. How daily loss limits work.
Turning the bot off stops it opening anything new. Positions you already hold are not dumped: they settle normally at Kalshi.
Fees and $LS discounts
LunarShadow charges a platform fee on the volume the bot buys. Holding $LS in your sign-in wallet can reduce that rate; the platform fee itself is paid in SOL from your bot wallet. See the current fee tiers and holding requirements. Exchange charges are separate: see Kalshi fees explained.
Access depends on Kalshi's current account and eligibility requirements. Check them with Kalshi before connecting. Automation does not guarantee a profit. Are prediction market bots allowed?
